SPINA - Structure Parameter Inference Approach
SPINA (Structure Parameter Inference Approach) is a
methodology to calculate constant structure parameters of
endocrine homeostatic systems from steady-state hormone and
metabolite concentrations. Methods and equations for thyroid
homeostasis (SPINA Thyr) have been described in Dietrich et al.
